Problem

Every month our system checks to see if your Mighty Network account has a current subscription. 

It does this by matching the email address you are using to sign into Mighty Networks with  the email address you gave to FastSpring when you purchased your subscription.

There are two potential problems that would account for you being removed from the network:

Problem 1

If you used two different email addresses, there is no way to match your subscription with your Mighty Networks account, so the system mistakenly thinks you are not paying. 

Problem 2

If you were a member of our previous system, on a website called virtualartacademy.net, you may not have seen the various announcements about our plans to shut down that old system, and replace it with a new and much improved system on a different website: virtualartacademy.com that uses a newer technology, based on Mighty Networks software.

If you did not read this notices, you may not have have a subscription to our new Mighty Network system, which has a different pricing model.
