About your subscription payments
Your monthly subscription payments are handled by a company called FastSpring. You need to contact them to manage your payments.
- contact FastSpring to update your credit card details, such as change the card number or expiration date
- please do not contact FastSpring to refund a subscription payment, as monthly payments are not refundable as explained below.
- please do not contact Mighty Networks regarding payment issues, as they handle only the technical side of the software our online campus runs on.
The fastest way to manage your subscription
You can manage everything to do with your subscription via the link on your monthly FastSpring invoice. Just check your email for an invoice from FastSpring/Virtual Art Academy and click the link that says "manage your subscription".

If you can't find your email, you can contact FastSpring, by using this form.
