Mighty Networks manage the software I use to run my art school. If something in the software appears to not be working as it should be, please contact Mighty and ask for help to fix the problem. 

To save you time, before you contact Mighty, please look in the FAQ section in the Virtual Art Academy online campus. It has an extensive problem/solution section that might help you.

Take a screenshot of what you are trying to click on so you can attach it to your message, then choose these options:

  • Subject: (summarize the problem - add "Attention: Pete")
  • I am, choose Member
  • Mighty Network Name or URL, type Virtual Art Academy

Note: Please do not contact Mighty about your subscription payment issues.

Instead, look at your monthly invoice from FastSpring, and click on Manage Subscription, or send an email to FastSpring technical support at ordersupport@fastspring.com and they will help you.
