When you purchased your membership, an automatic email was immediately sent out to you with the subject: "Virtual Art Academy Registration and Enrollment".


If you did not get the email, do this:


  1. Look in your UPDATES area in gmail.

  2. Search for "How to access your Virtual Art Academy lessons", in your email system.

  3. If you no not find the email, it is most likely you mistyped your email address in FastSpring when you filled out the order form.

    Please fill out this form: FastSpring Contact Form, and ask FastSpring, the company that manages our subscriptions, to correct your email address.
