When you purchased your membership, an automatic email was immediately sent out to you with the subject: "Virtual Art Academy Registration and Enrollment".
If you did not get the email, do this:
- Look in your UPDATES area in gmail.
- Search for "Virtual Art Academy Registration and Enrollment", in your email system.
- If you no not find the email, it is most likely you mistyped your email address in FastSpring when you filled out the order form.
Please fill out this form: FastSpring Contact Form, and ask FastSpring, the company that manages our subscriptions, to correct your email address.
