It appears that some credit card companies add a small foreign transaction fee of about 40-60 cents when you buy something from overseas. This has nothing to do with the Virtual Art Academy and is completely outside of our control. We do not receive this transaction fee. It is something that the particular credit card you are using charges you for all overseas transactions. The majority of credit cards do not make this charge, but we have noticed on occasions that some do.
If you are concerned about this, try googling "credit cards with no foreign transaction fees". You will find many cards that do not charge these fees.
